A Typical DayHigher Ground has a full program designed to address clients’ health, mental and emotional health, and spiritual wellbeing. We help re-establish healthy relationships with family and friends and support clients in our Maori cultural program.
There are variations on a day-to-day basis but this gives a fair idea of the components in each day. Clients are also given written assignments or “commitments” to do, and will have opportunity to present this in a group.
On Wednesday Family Education Group and Multiple Family Groups are held from 7pm (link to that page)
Weekends have more free time, with shopping on Saturday afternoon and visitors on Sunday afternoon.
