Higher Ground recently received a grant from ASB Community Trust. This grant has enabled Higher Ground to purchase gymnasium equipment for both the mens and womens gymnasiums. Telecom New Zealand provides a service to the residents at a much reduced rate. This enables the residents to maintain contact with their families and friends.
Keegan Alexander – The law firm of Keegan Alexander has handled the purchases and sales of Trust properties at no charge to the Trust. This has been very much appreciated by the Trust.
Stanley Palmer – Stanley donated to the Trust two of his art works. These pictures are on display in the Higher Ground’s reception area. The Trustees are very grateful for Stanley’s generosity.
Placemakers Cook Street, Auckland donated to Higher Ground a large quantity of garden equipment. this equipment is used by the residents to maintain the gardens at Te Atatu. The Trust and residents thank placemakers for their support.
Plant Wholesalers Limited at Kumeu donated a large quantity of plants for our grounds. These were planted by the residents and have made a significant improvement to our garden. Here at Higher Ground we are very appreciative of Plant Wholesalers Limited’s contribution.
